With expertise across the entire detection chain, LabEx FOCUS makes a major contribution in the field of near-infrared to submillimetre from the design to the characterisation of detectors with the best performance for astrophysics.
FOCUS brings together 60 experts from 9 of the sector’s major laboratories, exploiting their geographical proximity around Grenoble by joining the highly qualified laboratories of CEA/Irfu and ONERA in Ile de France and the LAM in Marseille, which contribute their expertise in the space domain.
